Appointments and Fees

Please call the surgery to make an appointment to see a doctor or nurse. If your request is not urgent, we would be grateful if you ring outside of peak calling times (9-10am and 2-3pm).

COVID-19: The surgery is closed to walk-in appointments and we are limiting face-to-face consultations. You will be offered a telephone or an in-person consultation following telephone triage.

We try hard to keep to appointment times, and we are grateful for your patience when we are running late. We will do our best to give you an appointment with the doctor of your choice, when slots are available. However, Dr Crushell, Dr Quille and Dr Wauters work together and if you see someone other than your usual doctor, they will have access to your file. To find out about how to renew prescriptions, click here

Test results

Please follow up with the surgery for your blood test results, allowing for 7 working days for the results to come back.

Requesting a letter or form

Please contact the surgery to request a letter or form. The receptionist will advise you on whether you need to book a consultation first. Please request your forms well in advance as it usually takes around 7 working days to return them. Note that there is an administrative charge for letters and forms.

Sick / Social Welfare Cert

You may request a work certificate or social welfare certificate during a consultation.

A fit to work certificate will require a physical assessment by the doctor, and a charge will apply.
